Thamar Bajory is the founder and principal consultant at NextGen Quality & Lean, helping aerospace and automotive manufacturers build audit-ready quality systems, reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), and implement corrective action processes that actually work.
With over 15 years of leadership experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments, Thamar has successfully implemented AS9100, AS13100, and ISO 9001 systems, guided companies through FAA, NADCAP, and EASA audits, and delivered measurable improvements in quality, compliance, and operational performance.
Mission: Build quality systems that work on the shop floor, prevent issues before they happen, and keep companies audit-ready and profitable.
